All Duct Fabrications are a Melbourne based company.
They have a CNC machine but had found that the software that it had been supplied with hadn’t been comprehensive enough for their requirements.
They found us through the internet and I arranged for them to download the trial version of Autodesk Fabrication CamDuct. We set it up for them and then trained them remotely. Within a couple of days they were comfortable using it to send jobs to their machine. By the time the 4 week trial period for the software was over they had a solid understanding of the way the software worked and it had transformed their production process to such an extent that buying it was a ‘no-brainer’.
Over the subsequent year the only contact we’ve had with them is when we’ve contacted them to find out how things are going – that’s an indication of how robust the software it and how easily it can be trained remotely.
